At Foot Locker, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the purchase date, provided they are in new and unworn condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them in a durable shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
